• Prime responsibility is to generate leads from various online platforms on daily basis with good quality and in cost effective manner. Data distribution to RM’s on daily basis and to keep back up for all provided data on monthly basis and it should be sent to director on monthly basis.
• Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media such as Instagram, Facebook, google adds Linked in, search engines, and display advertising.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance
• Develop a brand style guide to ensure consistency in marketing efforts

• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

Job Description:

• To check that all employee should be in formal as per company policy (with Quality Team in loop).
• Cost effective hiring as per company’s requirement.
• Training line-up and coordination with trainer.
• Documents collection/Appointment letter / Agreements/ Attendance/ HRM management/ Salary preparation/Salary slip /Leave deductions /Confirmation with TL for leave.
• To ensure all the documentation is done before employee handover to the respective team.
• RM assigning part will be decided by HR & BM (as per Team requirements).
• Employee ID should be provided to eligible employees as per rule.
• Proper record of new system and replacement of system should be maintained as per employees.
• Proper handover of RM to TL after training completion.
• Personal issues of any female employee should be addressed.
• Daily operations should be running smoothly without any grievance with respect to any incentive issues /salary issues /TDS / salary time line / Warning letter.
• Housekeeping management.

2. Office Responsibility

• Office floor should be neat & clean with table/ storage/ kitchen/ bathroom etc.
• Housekeeping timing should be monitored i.e. 8:30 to 6:15pm
• Housekeeping dress code should be maintained.
• All vendor management responsibility like electrician/ AC/ plumber/ pest control/ printer repairs/ stationery etc. should be done.

3. Office Tour Responsibility

• Book the resort for picnic in budget cost & discuss with top management (keep option in different location).
• Bus booking responsibility in cost.
• Proper trip team coordination like / safety/cloth wear/ timing of pick & drop with location /Night Halt or day trip only decision etc.
• All responsibly of Festival programme arrangements should be handled.

4. Festivals.

• Festivals celebrations in office plan should be one-day prior like budgets approval, hire Team with discussions & decorations etc.
• Office decorations & celebrations same day
• Food & snacks arrangements in cost.
